I guide thoughtful women into a deeper relationship with themselves and life itself.

I believe we can live in a way that feels sustainable, meaningful and connected even in an always changing world.

I envision a future where we feel at home in our bodies, connected to the mystery that gives us life and supported by ways of living that nourish rather than deplete.

Why I do this work

For quite awhile, I sensed there might be another way to live. One that felt more nourishing, more alive, more connected than the overwhelm I often felt. I didn’t want to just get through my life. I wanted to live it deeply.

I spent years learning and exploring different ways of being, but I was still struggling to actually live that way.

Then chronic pain entered my life. It showed me how deeply the mind and body are connected, and how real change can’t happen without both.

For me, the way through was embodying new ways of being. Learning to be in my body and life with more ease and lightness, while gently shifting how I moved through my days. It took time. And it took the support of someone who had walked a similar path.

I realized that intellectual understanding alone doesn’t create change- the whole of us has to be included.

I now guide women through this same terrain- learning how to live in ways that support their energy, their bodies and what matters most.

What shapes this work

My work grows from exploring what it means to live well in a complex world.

I’m deeply curious about how we live- in our bodies, in our choices and our relationship with life itself.

I draw from embodiment, mind-body medicine, cyclical wisdom, and both ancient and modern understandings of wellbeing. All of which I practice in my daily life.

What I value

embodied wellbeing

I believe embodiment and wellbeing are inseparable.

When we listen to our inner wisdom and nourish our whole system- mind, body, and soul- true wellbeing grows.

It’s a way of being more than something you do.

courageous growth

Growth asks us to move beyond what’s familiar. To not settle for the status quo. To listen for what no longer feels right and to take steps on a new path forward.

This kind of change is embodied, compassionate and patient. And requires courage.

empowerment

Much of what supports a woman’s wellbeing is overlooked or unsupported.

You deserve access to the knowledge, tools and support that help you feel resourced and able to meet your life with greater ease and resilience.

interconnection

It’s easy to feel separate, even when we care deeply.

I believe we aren’t well without relationship- with our bodies, the earth, one another and the greater cosmos that holds us. That which is both seen and unseen.

If this feels like a fit, you’re welcome to take the next step.
