A longing that wouldn’t quit led me here. I sensed there was another way to live- slower, more present, more alive. When life forced me to stop, I began exploring what it means to live well in a world that often moves differently. 

I believe this way of living matters. Not only for our own lives, but for the world we’re apart of.
